3 Ways To Upgrade Your Life Right Now

Most of the when we feel stuck it is because we aren't doing anything productive to better ourselves. The more mindful we become about the life we live, the more opportunities we have to choose happy. Here are 3 super easy ways to get your life moving again.

1. Dress like your best inner badass. Sure we all have the days when we are too tired to even fathom putting effort into our outfit, but I am telling you that it is worth it. When you put intention into the clothes you choose to wear - you will feel more like yourself + you start your day with mindful thinking.

2. Cut the crap. In this case the crap is all the sugar and junk food floating around in your meals and snacks. Try just one week of clean eating that is high in protein + veggies. Try swapping out your breads and pastas with a whole wheat version. Drink more water and I promise you will feel better.

3. Spend less time with technology. Funny enough, but I always do my best thinking on planes and car rides. This has to do with the fact that I'm not utilizing much technology - except maybe for music. We are always plugged in and tuned in when we work and we tend to stay that way even when we get free time. Instead of the mindless scrolling on social media or Netflix binge, take time to think or doodle and actually create something.

When you think positively, you will attract it into your life. Even the smallest life adjustments will help you upgrade your life.
